Why does my estimate mention a $75,000 minimum?
Our projects start at $75,000. In the Phoenix area, a kitchen with us typically runs $75,000 to $200,000 and up. The estimator shows whatever your selections add up to, so a smaller refresh can land under that number, and when it does, we tell you instead of hiding it. A kitchen at that level usually comes together as part of a larger remodel, and we're glad to talk through what that could look like.
Are appliances included in the estimate?
No. The range covers cabinetry, countertops, the island, wall changes, and labor. Appliances are separate. We introduce you to our appliance supplier, you buy directly at our pricing, and we add no markup. Most appliance selections happen during design.
Is the monthly payment a financing offer?
No. It's an illustration based on 120-month financing at 6.99% to 14.99% APR through Acorn Finance. Your actual rate, term, and approval come from Acorn Finance's lending partners, based on your credit profile.
