Lead Carpenter / Field Superintendent
Representing the company as the primary daily contact for the client, the lead carpenter is responsible for complete customer satisfaction, maintaining all quality standards and ensuring professionalism of self, employees, and subcontractors. The candidate must possess excellent communication with the ability to motivate others towards achieving project goals. Candidate must be a skilled remodeler with at least 5 years experience of home remodeling projects. Self-performing a variety of carpentry work, and overseeing other team members and trade partners to ensure top quality work.
Design Assistant / Project Coordinator
Assisting the principal designer, Lorrie Hochuli with the development of project designs to the companies style, detail, and quality. Preparing cabinet layouts, and construction plans for use by the lead carpenter and trade partners. You will be involved in the various aspects of the sales and design process and given ample opportunity to learn about the design and home remodeling field. The Design Assistant position requires a Degree in Design.
Working closely with clients to navigate the design & project development processes for their home remodeling projects. Responsibilities include client meetings, creating as-built drawings, assisting with floorplan changes, material and fixture selections, space planning and layouts, cabinet layouts and creating construction documents for use by the production team., The Junior Designer position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the Home Remodeling Industry, and a Degree in Design.
Director of 1st Impressions, assisting with office duties, such as corresponding with clients, answering phones, returning messages, accepting & coordinating deliveries, organizing and inputting project receipts & expenses, running payroll, A/R and A/P management. The Office Admin position requires a passion for organization.
