Positions Available

  • Hands-on Working Lead Carpenter / Field Superintendent (1 open position)

    Representing the company as the primary daily contact for the client, the lead carpenter is responsible for complete customer satisfaction, maintaining all quality standards and ensuring professionalism of self, employees, and subcontractors.  The candidate must possess excellent communication with the ability to motivate others towards achieving project goals.  Candidate must be a skilled remodeler with at least 5 years experience of home remodeling projects.  Self-performing a variety of carpentry work, and overseeing other team members and trade partners to ensure top quality work. 

  • Interior Designer / Salesperson (1 open position)

    The Associate Designer will take a project from the initial sales meeting through to final completion.  Responsible for working with the client to development the project design and scope while ensuring the clients are staying within budget (if there is one).  Once the project is under construction, the Designer will ensure the plans and design intent are being followed, and built to Hochuli Quality Standards.  Candidate must have 3 years experience in residential remodeling, a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, experience with CAD software, and an insane eye for quality and detail.

  • Production Department Manager / Estimator (1 open position)

    The Production Manager heads up all production activities by encouraging and mentoring the field superintendents.  This position requires a unique ability to focus on current project progress, while also planning production activities that will be 2-12 weeks in to the future.  Candidate must have 10+ years of residential remodeling experience, must be a team player, and have the ability to avoid micro-managing.  Mentor, teach, and delegate, not micro manage.  The production manager will work closely with the design department to prepare cost estimates in line with the project scopes created by the design department. 

  • Office Manager (1 open position)

    This is a key management position in our design build remodeling firm who will be responsible for Office Administration tasks, Financial Administration tasks, as well as providing support to the sales, design, and production departments.  There is an array of responsibilities and because this is a small company, the office manager must be a jack-of-all-trades from ensuring the office is organized and runs smoothly to fielding incoming calls, tracking deliveries, developing and implementing office systems and procedures, processing payroll, paying subcontractors and suppliers, etc.  Candidate must be highly organized with an excellent phone manner, and experienced in Quickbooks Online.  

  • Sales & Design Department Manager (1 open position)

    The Sales and Design Manager is responsible for developing the standard operating procedures & measurements of success for the sales and design department, in addition to performing sales and design duties.  Visiting with prospective clients, ensuring there is a good fit to work together, and educating them about our design-build process.  Training and mentoring future new hires as the company grows.

  • Professional Trade Partners

    Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team is currently seeking the following trade partners to join our professional home remodeling team.  Trade partners must have an AZROC License, Commercial General Liability Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
