Positions Available

• Working Lead Carpenter / Field Superintendent

  Representing the company as the primary daily contact for the client, the lead carpenter is responsible for complete customer satisfaction, maintaining all quality standards and ensuring professionalism of self, employees, and subcontractors.  The candidate must possess excellent communication with the ability to motivate others towards achieving project goals.  Candidate must be a skilled remodeler with at least 5 years experience of home remodeling projects.  Self-performing a variety of carpentry work, and overseeing other team members and trade partners to ensure top quality work. 

• Office Manager / Bookkeeper

  Director of 1st Impressions, assisting with office duties, such as corresponding with clients, answering phones, returning messages, accepting & coordinating deliveries, organizing and inputting project receipts & expenses, running payroll, A/R and A/P management.  Weekly and monthly report generation, and more.  The Office Admin position requires a passion for organization.

• Marketing Manager

  Managing the companies online presence and reputation, website updates, blogging, industry reputation, social media, branding and other marketing avenues specifically directed towards our target demographic.
