WEEK ONE: PREPARATIONS AND DEMOLITION
LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED THIS WEEK ON OUR HOME ADDITION PROJECT IN ARCADIA
HOME ADDITION CONTRACTOR | PHOENIX, AZ
HOW IT BEGINS
There is so much that goes in to being prepared for a home addition in Phoenix; from the previous months of creating the building plans and engineering, to visiting the City for a building permit, to AZ-811 to locate the utilities before digging, to locating the sewer location in the yard, to scheduling a dumpster and protajon; a lot of preparation went in to this primary suite addition BEFORE a shovels starts digging.

What a feeling it is to hear that "Approved" stamp hit the sheets of paper. The months of dialing in the details and completing the engineering are done, and we're ready to go
The Main Sewer Line has been located; we will have to dig down 3'9" (nearly 4 feet) to connect the new bathroom drain plumbing to the main sewer line in the backyard
Locating the main sewer line in the backyard so we know exactly where we need to dig in order to tie in the new plumbing for the bathroom addition to the main sewer line
