WHAT WILL MY PROJECT LOOK LIKE WHEN IT'S DONE?
The most anxiety-inducing point of researching a project; the uncertainty about what your home will look like once you've spent your hard earned money and the home remodel is complete. One of our greatest skills is that of listening, and that is key to a strong foundation.
- Our team will listen to what you need and want from your project.
- We'll look at inspiration photos (if you have any), and determine a common theme or common feeling you have about the images.
- We obtain actual samples of the proposed materials for your project.
- Our Designer utilizes a computer-aided software to create conceptual renderings of what your home remodel or addition will look like once it's finished. With software, we are able to import images of the actual materials to create the most accurate representation of the project.

HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
This is a hard one to answer during the early research phase of a project. Once we get in to the official development phase for the project, we'll be working closely with you to create a design and scope to fit within your specified budget. DOES MY PROJECT FIT WITHIH YOUR SERVICE AREA AND PROJECT CRITERIA?
This is a great question which should be answered early on in the research process. Your time is valuable, our time is valuable, why waste unnecessary time going down a path of misaligned expectations? Here's a quick list to review:- We work on homes located in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa areas.
- Unfortunately, it just doesn't make logistical, or financial, sense for us to service areas further north/east/south/west as our crews and employees also live within our general service area.
- The majority of homes we work on are valued over $1,000,000; which is a good match to our service, quality, design, and material selections/suggestions.
- Are you really prepared to add a $300k ADU to your $350k valued property? Will your property value raise enough to justify this?
- We work on homes, inside and out.
- We don't take on landscaping or pool projects (but have companies we can introduce you to for these projects).
- We don't build new homes.
- We focus on whole home remodels, kitchen remodeling, room additions, ADU's and Casitas, bathroom remodels, and other home remodeling related projects!
