COVID-19 Update Page: We Are Open

To our Clients and Friends,

The last several weeks have brought unprecedented challenges to our lives and businesses, and the Hochuli Team has not been unaffected.  As we navigate in this dynamic and concerning environment, we are continuing to place the health and safety of our customers, employees and the community at large at the forefront of everything we do.

FOR HOCHULI CLIENTS WITH PROJECTS UNDERWAY:

We remain open!  We recognize that many of our customers have projects underway, and require our services for the safety and comfort of their homes.  Please be assured that even under the latest state orders regarding the closure of businesses, our construction business is deemed essential, and is therefore able to operate to complete your project services.

We continue to follow the latest CDC and state guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of our teams while providing these services.  This includes:

  • All of our team members have been trained to uphold safe hygiene practices under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • Our installers are equipped with the proper equipment  as part of regular OSHA requirements.
  • We are vigilant in how we clean up in your home, and now more than ever are wiping common areas and digital devices down with single-use disinfecting wipes.
  • Continuing to enforce our policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your home.
  • On smaller projects, such as bathroom remodels; we will only having one employee team, or subcontractor to work in the room at a time, in an effort to practice social distancing
  • We are requiring anyone who enters the project site to sign-in, as a means of tracking who was in your home; in the event someone ends up ill, we will have a list of everyone requiring notification.

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH HOCHULI FOR A NEW PROJECT:

We remain open!  While we recognize that your home remodeling project may not be at the forefront of your mind today, we are still open and available to discuss your needs.  In the interest of the safety of our teams and the public, we have closed our design center and are adjusting our standard in-home design and consultation process to be a virtual experience; if you have a computer or tablet, a tape measure, and 30 minutes of time to connect with us, we are still able to get started with the Design Process, and be prepared to hit the ground running as soon as you are ready for us to be in your home..

And, because it is our hope to keep as many of our staff as possible working, if you are at home and finding yourself with some time to think about that bathroom or kitchen project, please use the form below to Schedule a Time to Talk About Your Project..

We appreciate your continued interest and trust in us as we navigate these times.  We look forward to providing you the ‘Enjoyable Remodeling Experience’, even under these circumstances.

Sincerely,

Scott Hochuli
