An update to a late 70's house that had never been remodeled

• White cabinets with soft-close drawers and doors

• Granite countertops with upgraded cushion-cut tile backsplash 

• New Engineered wood flooring throughout

• Walls that previously defined a small kitchen were removed to create an open concept kitchen and living areas

• Appliance locations were changed to maximize flow and workspace in the kitchen

• A small pantry and wet bar area were added to the kitchen footprint
